The hotel's location is superb, with easy access to the bus station and tram stop. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and comfortable, with great amenities. Walking distance to popular attractions and restaurants.

Everything is what I need and want.

The hotel has an unbeatable location. It's a stone's throw away from the famous castle and breathtaking Shareos. Tourist attractions are aplenty in this area, and there's always something to explore. getting to-and-from Fukuoka airport is no hassle since the hotel is super close to the bus station. The room is spacious and comes with a host of excellent facilities. Whether it's the breakfast, bathroom, or view, the hotel never fails to impress.

One minor issue during my stay was the limited parking space, which made it challenging to find a spot for my car.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, which was right in front of the tram stop and peripherally to the city centre. The hotel is also located near the castle and the shopping arcade Shinshigai, which has plenty of food options. Additionally, the hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. this hotel had great transportation options, a great location, and amazing staff.

Stayed here during Christmas, good amenities available in the room, the bed was comfortable. Good location near the main shopping area, and there was a convenience store nearby which helped for late night snacking and drinks.

My room had a very strong tobacco smell despite it being a non-smoking room. The ventilation system didn't seem to be helping much, making it quite uncomfortable to sleep.

Great location with easy access to transport and nearby amenities. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a good choice of bathroom amenities. The hotel staff were helpful, despite limited English. the breakfast was of good quality with a choice of Japanese, Western or Chinese set menus.

That the nearby shopping streets offered very little choice and variety, leaving us disappointed. the hotel was not within walking distance of the train station, making it necessary to take a tram or taxi to reach it.
